The four element profile™ personality type indicator was developed by Carsten and Anni Sennov.

By combining their people experience from two very different areas, i.e. the areas of business and spirituality, they have developed this personality type indicator, which is based on the four main energy types that are represented by the four elements of Fire, Water, Earth and Air. These four energy types/elements are represented in all humans in various combinations and levels of strength.
